Assistant Manager - Luxury Furniture and Interiors
c£20,000 + bonus + benefits
A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join this successful retailer of Luxury Furniture and Interiors for the home.
As an Assistant Manager you will have accountability for the day to day operational issues and for achieving sales and P&L targets for your store. You will take ownership for recruiting, training and managing the showroom team.
You must currently be an Assistant Store Manager or an experienced Supervisor with a proven track record.
Experience of and enthusiasm for working in high-end retail, preferably furniture / home ware
We are particularly looking for your ability to lead, manage and develop others, as you will need to be able to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate exemplary management skills.
You will be able to demonstrate a good commercial awareness, possess a natural flair for interiors and in -store merchandising and also have a good eye for detail.
You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, but will also be tenacious, hardworking and reliable. In addition, you will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with an above reproach attitude.
