Chef de Partie
£8.02 per hour/£16,681 per annum.
My Client offers a great opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-moving and ever-changing events and hospitality industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen. Working with the Head Chef and the kitchen team, you will be cooking and presenting seasonal and home made dishes for hotel guests to enjoy. A flexible approach to work is essential as you will be required to work 40 hours a week over five shifts, working mainly 2pm -10/10.30pm shifts, including weekends and bank holidays and occasional breakfast shifts, depending on the needs of the business. Your dishes will be of the highest standard. Your section will be organised and well prepared for service and you will ensure food safety and hygiene practices are adhered to at all times.
If you are an experienced Demi Chef or existing Chef de Partie who is looking for a larger role in an established team, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. You must be self motivated and organised with the ability and experience to cope with volume and busy service. You should also have an up to date Food Hygiene qualification and preferably an NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery.
