The Marketing division of Exsurgo is recruiting a CRM Analyst for a Multi Channel Retailer.

This is a very fast-paced and values driven company, achieving impressive growth making a difference through their attention to detail.


Job Responsibilities:

To guide the business engagement of customers - primarily through email, SMS and direct mail – to increase customer frequency and retention. This is done through the providing relevant contact lists from marketing campaigns, and suggesting marketing campaigns to be implemented for different customer segments.

  • To provide contact lists for CRM campaigns.
  • To keep customers contacts to an appropriate level for each customer, in accordance with data protection laws and customers marketing preferences.
  • Ensure information the marketing database is correct and up to date.
  • To understand the customers for each of the brands they are responsible for.
  • To suggest marketing campaigns based on available products and relevant customer segments
