The role

As a first point of contact you will be engaging with our customers from across the globe over the phone.  You will be providing advice, ideas, suggestions and support across all our Harvey Nichols services.  You will approach every customer with the sole purpose of serving their every need whilst making it a fun and enjoyable 5* experience.  For you both!  

What you will be doing

As part of a team you will be working within a customer contact centre based in our Edinburgh store.
Handle all customer enquiries via phone and email
Show we are obsessed with style by understanding all our product offers, ranges and services (full training will be provided)
Maintain our extensive directory of information to help every member of the Harvey Nichols family with our customers across the globe
Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions and ideas with our customers
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
These roles are full time, working 40 hours a week.  You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing or administrative role
Enjoy and know our brands and products
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Fully PC literate and be experienced in online support systems
Highly desirable if you speak Russian, Mandarin, Chinese or German
