HR Business Partner - South Wales/Bristol

Up to £40,000 + pension + benefits

HR Business Partner  role

  • Work in partnership with the Centres of Expertise (Training, Recruitment, ER, Operations) to ensure key messages are cascaded
  • Educate and coach Managers on the importance of completing all HR related process in a timely manner consequence of not doing so
  • Support complex ER cases and share learnings and best practices
  • Drive business performance
  • Talent pipelining
  • Work in partnership with New Store team to agree recruitment support and activities for any new stores
  • Work in partnership with Regional Training Manager to identify development themes and create solutions to improve capability and drive business performance
  • Build sustainable long term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of wider business initiatives through networking
  • Ensure professional & legal knowledge is up to date 

The skills you need as a HR Business Partner

  • Regional experience ideal but not essential
  • Experience of talent planning
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of upskilling, training stakeholders at various levels of their career
  • CIPD qualified ideally
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Manager,  HRBP position
