Inbound Customer Services Advisor
Based: - Milton Keynes
Salary: - £14,500 to £16,500

We are currently recruiting for Call Handlers to work for a well-established and highly reputable business based in the Milton Keynes area. These are full time permanent positions with immediate start dates available in January 2018

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephonic enquiries
  • Data inputting 
  • Regular liaison with Team Manager 
  • Ensure work prioritised effectively
  • Working within agreed SLAs 
  • Provide administration cover within the unit when and as required 
  • Responsible for own personal and professional development and advancement 
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required and directed from the Team Manager including meeting preparation, maintaining spreadsheets and basic system reporting. 

General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service, organisational & communication skills with a proven record.
  • Must be a good Team player 
  • EXCEL knowledge 
  • Call handling / customer service experience
