This Kitchen Manager role is based in the beautiful area of Kings Cross, where you will assist the Venue Manager in running this quirky site! You will already have had kithen management experience and working with a mixture of fresh and frozen foods.
The Bar itself is a cool, quirky site which offers a great section of cocktails, beers, wines and bar food! They offer a wide range of themed party nights, something completely different to other venues.
What is needed from the Kitchen Manager:
- Experience working with fresh and pre-prepped food
- Hard working
- Experience with budgets and managing GP
- A great motivator and trainer
- Passionate about food
- Have a great personality
