Sharing our no-nonsense, hard working approach, you'll take great pride in driving sales and providing such a good service our customers keep coming back for more. Don't worry if you've never worked in retail or with trade tools before. We'll teach you all you need to know and support you every step of the way.
As the friendly face of our Trade Sales Counter, you'll make sure our trade customers feel valued, helping them to get the job done. Getting to know them by name, you'll suggest products, sort out their orders and let them know all about our latest offers.
Sharing our no-nonsense approach and pride in a job well done, your role of trade sales service assistant will also involve upselling and hitting sales targets. Prepared to roll your sleeves up and play a big part in our success - this is a career where you'll never stand still. As we're growing so fast, you'll be able to go places too.
A company people love to work for, we're looking for people with frontline sales, retail or customer service experience who can quickly build a rapport with our customers. If you have some account management experience - so much the better. But it's your ability to listen, talk to people and provide a great service that really matters.
