Store Manager - Homeware
Salary up to £21,000 per annum plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to manage their retail store in Ashford. The business is a well-established and vibrant homeware retail outlet within Ashford. With a rich British heritage this company deals in excellent homeware products for all types of home interiors.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store through effective management of the store sales team to achieve the sales targets and the highest levels of customer service and store standards. The ideal candidate will be currently working at a similar career level as a Store Manager or Branch Manager or Concession Manager
Store Manager - Key responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be currently working at a similar career level as a Store Manager or Branch Manager or Concession Manager within retail management and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of achieving sales targets. You will be able to drive sales and service to ensure the profitability of this retail store.
