Our Menswear team in Birmingham are looking for a full time Style Advisor to join their established team.
As a Style Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
Achieving sales targets and delivering the highest standard of customer service both face to face and via the telephone/email.
Have a high level of brand awareness and product knowledge so you are able to make confident recommendations.
Have a thorough knowledge of stock management systems and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to minimise stock loss and ensure stock accuracy.
To match the level of service we consistently show our customers and to maintain our impeccable brand image, successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of the following skills:
Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and the Menswear Shoes and Accessories team.
Excellent communication skills.
